when i was a child, like 4 or 5, i was convinced that he said “excuse me while i kiss this guy,” so i asked my dad if it’s okay for boys to kiss boys and he told me this: “of course it’s okay for boys to kiss boys. it’s okay for girls to kiss girls. it’s even okay for boys who look like girls to kiss a boy or a girl. the same goes for girls who look like boys. if you love someone you can kiss them regardless if you’re not like most couples and are a girl kissing a boy, or a boy kissing a girl. the cool thing about love is that it doesn’t matter what gender you are.”
i wish more parents would tell their children things like that. maybe then there wouldn’t be so much hate and prejudice in this day and age because children would grow up knowing it’s okay to love who ever you want, no matter who they are.
